What It Is
The Sanctum's unique way of healing through working directly with the energy flow in your system. Our etheric and physical bodies are intimately related. Physical ailments will always manifest in the energy, although the root cause may be psychological or emotional. By restoring the natural flow of energy throughout the etheric body, the physical body regains a 'clean' environment in which to heal and regenerate.
The Process
While not necessary, I encourage you do be in a relaxed state (or even asleep) during the session. Feel free to feel the energies as they are working on you. You do not have to communicate with me or do anything out of the ordinary.
Benefits
A healthier energy flow, with fewer blockages, leads to better mental clarity, emotional balance, higher energy levels, and a clean energy state leads to quicker regeneration and healing.
30min vs 60min
I recommend doing a 60min session as a first session, which will give me ample time to balance out all your energies and clear the blockages. 30min sessions are great as maintenance sessions!
How Often Do I Have to Do A Fine-Tuning?
I would take some time to monitor your own progress, to note any improvements and such. While many clients opt to do follow up sessions every month or so, which is great for maintaining a healthy energy flow, it is not always necessary.
