Directions
Option 1: Use as a regular bath salt
Option 2: Dissolve a teaspoon (or to your liking) in a mug of water, and slowly pour over your head, feeling the energy wash over you. You might also want to rub it into your skin! A quick rinse to remove the salt will do after.
Option 3: Dissolve a tablespoon or more into a mister, and use as a spray.
