Fire - Purification - Transformation - Sacrifice - Vitality - Divine Witness - Protection
The god of sacred fire in Vedic and Hindu tradition (अग्नि in Sanskrit, Agni; also known as Jātavedas, Vaiśvānara, Havyavāhana, Hutāśana, and in Buddhist tradition as Katen 火天 in Japan) is associated with ritual fire, purification, transformation, offerings, and the transmission of prayers to the divine, known for:
1. Purification and Transformation: Invoked to burn away impurity, stagnation, and harmful influences while supporting renewal and decisive change.
2. Sacred Offerings and Divine Connection: Serves as the carrier of offerings in Vedic ritual, conveying prayers and sacrifices from the human world to the gods.
3. Vitality and Inner Fire: Represents energy, digestion, willpower, courage, and the sustaining heat that supports life and action.
4. Witness of Oaths and Sacred Acts: Associated with truth, solemn vows, marriage rites, and the sanctification of important commitments.
5. Buddhist Guardian of Fire: In Buddhist tradition, Agni appears as a protective elemental deity associated with fire, ritual power, purification, and the safeguarding of sacred spaces.

About Consecration
At the Sanctum, we work with the Divine Mother when consecrating Deities, and this allows us to work with them outside of a religious context. As such, there is no need to follow any religious practice (especially closed practices), though you're free to do so should you subscribe to them!
How to Display Consecrated Statues
Remember, consecration means that the Deities are present. Do treat these as sacred objects, and display them in a clean, dedicated place such as an altar or a cleared space on a table or shelf.
Is Consecration Permanent?
The Deities are not bound to the objects, but are instead present in the Sacred Space that the Mother has anchored on the objects. Therefore, it is up to Their discretion to stay or leave, though they generally will not leave as long as you treat them with respect, and refrain from actions that go against their moral code (in general, just being a good person and/or having the sincere aspiration to be a better person is sufficient).
Offerings
As Mother and the Deities transcend religion, there is no need to follow religious traditions when it comes to offerings, though you're free to do so should you subscribe to said religions. In general, you can't go wrong with fruits, with the added bonus that you can consume them after offering to reduce waste!
Deities would not want you to spent too much on offerings, and would rather that you donated to charity than spent it on flowers!
